Doesn't really focus on killing Dragons, just used the effects of a few AntiMetas.

Fixes
"may" is always "can" remember that

 

The best card I have seen from you jolta but I would suggest getting rid of the Beast-warrior, Winged-Beast, Dinosaur and Fish types because thats a bit much 1 Type is better than all of those.

 

Also you should say "If tails, you cannot Special Summon any monsters until the End Phase" It makes it balanced then.

most of the effect is ok by synchro standards

 

the coin toss one makes it a little too OPed though, since you benefit from it either way (the heads option you just benefit less)

 

I'd change the head effect to a drawback effect instead

...I think I'm in love with this card.

 

OCG Correction is up. It's somewhat overpowered. Add some drawbacks for the Heads/Tails part. I'd also take out the can't add to hand part. Since it's a bit too much. But since it's a Synchro, I dunno.
