OPED!! Correct OCG, with less power:

When you Summon a monster, you can discard 1 DARK monster card from your hand, to have the Summoned monster gain ATK equal to the half of the ATK of discarded monster.

 

I think its correct.

I wont rate it, cuz it doesnt deserves a rate! :S

My re-write, I re-wrote it as something a bit more balanced:

Once per turn when you Summon a DARK monster you can discard 1 DARK monster from your hand. Until the End Phase of this turn the summoned monster gains ATK equal to half the ATK of the discarded monster.

 

There you go. I think it's pretty basic and would probably be better suited as an equip spell card. I'll rate it as a C Rank, since it's pretty basic and the OCG could be better by simply reading the effects of similar spell cards.
