ParadoxDuelist
Re-write:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by discarding 2 cards from the top of your deck. While this card remains face-up on your side of the field, this card is also treated as a Fairy-Type monster. You opponent's monsters are switched to defense position for 3 turns if there is a face-up card with "Unknown Cosmos" in it's card name on your side of the field (excluding this card). A bit complicated but still quite good. I'll give you a Rank C.

Guest JoshIcy
Umm... Light, Free Deck mill for a 2600atk monster... Lightsworns got a new beatstick. Creatively this card is alright, but you also didn't put a trigger effect on the last effect. Making it actually constant than not =/...

ragnarok1945
it's still a bit dull in terms of effect for just switching your opponent's monsters to def position I'd give it another effect while it's on the field 8/

Jolta
Oh eff, look at that thing! It could work well with Honest! From the effect, it is very balanced so a 9/10. Its Spellcaster, not Spell Caster. I'll take it as if you used a Fake Type (Don't mind them) You don't need inverted commas for Angel Counters. And limit counters.
