Yep, another of these "Level" cards. Rate and comment, please.

[spoiler=The Effect]

This card cannot attack. If you control another LIGHT monster, this card cannot be selected as an attack target. If this card is in face-up Defense Position, destroy it. Each time your opponent destroys a monster by battle, increase this card's Level by 1. Monsters whose Level equals or is lower than this card's Level cannot attack. During the turn this card's Level was increased to 7, return it to the bottom of your Deck and Special Summon 1 Level 4 LIGHT monster from your Graveyard.

Considering it's first effect, I doubt anyone is going to bother with the second. It's a Synchro Wall Of Revealing Light. Only more awesome. I'd call this balanced since with the higher the level, the less you yourself can attack. OCG seems good and I like the picture.

Wait a minute, it has to go back at Level 7?

No Stardust/Red Dragon Archfiend stopper? ;_;

9/10

agreed kimi-kun. i give it a rating of 8.5. the effect is good and balanced, but unless you have cards that can constantly keep an opponent from attacking, it would go bye-bye very quickly. that said, i do believe that it should get an ATK increase of 4 or 500 for each level up. that way, once it reaches level 6 it would have 2500 ATK all on its own.

^ That ATK increase you mention was part of the original effect.

Again, I removed it to balance the card. If you have cards like Shining Angel or Nova Summoner (which most of the duelists who play with Fary Decks have), Subliminal Binder is quite easy both to be Summoned and defended by those monsters.

You shouldn't judge about card's balance just by looking at the card alone. You should consider how it would interact with other cards, as well. At least that's how I do things.
