I am really disliking that rainbow text. D:

 

I'm liking the effect however, sort of like charging power and then getting hit and literally exploding. I find that quite humorous. :3

 

However, I think that it should be written as Level 4 or lower monster, destroy it automatically without damage calculation, though I'm not entirely sure what effect you're going for. Also, I don't understand why the discard is in 'Main Phase 1' rather than just your 'Main Phase'.

I'm not sure if it's a good idea to put rainbow text on the card, not that I hate it

 

for the last effect, all cards on the field is a bit too much, I'd make it spells and traps only

I like the name. It's cool and original~. The holo/brightness is a bit...much on the eyes. But the picture itself is good. It isn't very Fiendish though. More like a Spellcaster/Beatdown Warrior. Still good. I like it's effect, you can beatdown all the weaklings with it. Er, I mean, low levels. *Shot*
