Pretty simple effect and there is a monster with this effects already.

Um...the best thing i can say to a starter like you is to jsut keep trying.

The monster with a similar effect is Superalloy Beast Raptinus which is a fusion between 2 Gemini Monsters. However, the additional effect of turning Effect monsters into Normal Monsters seems really good for a new anti-meta build. I don't know why there is so much hate for this card since it would be incredibly useful in a Gemini deck and would cut down the amount of cards needed to run them, which would allow for a much more stable build. This > Superalloy Beast Raptinus (unless you are going for the old Gigaplant OTK) and easily gives a good edge to Gemini monsters when they are a huge underdog and not really competitive to begin with. Once this card is out it's really annoying for the opponent as they can't use the effects of their monsters as they are treated as Normal Monsters.

-The picture is not that great but I kind of like the visual concept of a magical circle symbol activating Gemini effects.

-The OCG needs some work like proper capitalization and the additional clause that Gemini's get their effects.

-The effect is great for a Gemini Deck as it gives it a bit of an anti-meta presence and helps cut down the amount of support cards needed to run a proper Gemini Deck allowing for a better and more consistent build of a Gemini Deck.
