Even monsters with 3000+ ATK and DEF need an extremely powerful drawback to make them balanced. Also, do not give the last two digits of points random number such as XX49. These all should be either 00 or 50. But mainly, lower the stats by about 7000 points, and they should be at least meh-worthy. Seriously, Normal Summoning something that has 9000+ ATK?2. Do not abuse the DIVINE Attribute. You should not even be making DIVINE monsters, since they always end up being too powerful. Furthermore, DIVINEs would usually have effects with them, such as the Summoning condition of Tributing 3 monsters,etc.3. I do not mind a few cards being Normal Monsters, but not all of them being Normal. Speaking of descriptions, you should not break the fourth wall by describing a monster as having massive ATK and is the strongest one in Yu-Gi-oh. It either is a Normal Monster and has a decent description and support cards for them to help, or it's an Effect Monster, and it only has an Effect.4. I do not mind fake Types sometimes, but there should not be over-elaborate ones such as "Beast of Fiter" and "Night Horror" that would be more preferable in the Card Name. Instead add ones such as Pyro-Type, Fiend-Type and Dragon-Type.5. The Spell Cards are overpowered too (especially the last one). The Last FM one should belong in the Pop Culture Section, and again, do not include descriptions with Effects. The first card is not a Ritual Card because it is not Ritual Summoning anything. So, 1/10, considering you are new. Sorry for the wall of comments, but these cards need serious adjustments to make them at least decent. I you need more help, you can always PM me.
