Your first error: 42 Cards. Use 41 only if you ABSOLUTELY MUST. 40 is the standard.

 

Secondly, you're supposed to focus on 1 /Assault Mode. Using that many just causes issues.

It'll probably be easier if I just give you an example list to work from:

As you can see, this deck's focus is simply to bring out SDD/AM, which it can manage to do by the opponent's first Draw Phase. Everything else is simply support for that strategy. Cards like Cylinder and Sakuretsu don't work because not only is it not chainable, but the effects aren't too great either.

 

Hyper Synchron's only in the above list because I made that list for a friend, and his budget didn't allow for Rose/MVS/Flamvell Magician (even then, IIW was needed to fix its presence). Incidentally, your Tuner engine (if you go with a LV8) should either be Flamvell Firedog or Summoner Monk.
