For every dark monster in any graveyard decrease the atk of this monster by 400. If "Merivias - The Rigorous Light" is on the field you may tribute it to permanently add 700 ATK and 1400 DEF to this monster. "Melevias - The Exiled Dragon" + "Merivias - The Rigorous Light" If this card is not the only monster on your side of the field all other monsters are destroyed.
