Killey
I'm in the process of creating a theme based around Equip Spell Cards. However, I'm not particularly impressed with the Theme name. I used Arcana as the theme name because I was basing cards on the Major Arcanas but as I developed the theme I went away from that so this is where the contest comes in. Based on the card effects and theme of the monsters create a new theme name. The winner will have the name used in my cards, 3 reps, 10 points, and full credit for the name. Anyways, the theme resolves around using Equip Cards to activate a wide variety of effects. Equip Cards nowadays are never that useful as losing the monster means losing the equip card as well so it was always a -2 to you. I'm aiming to change that with this set and hopefully succeed in creating a balanced theme that can compete with the meta. The plan for the first set is that they are a Duel Terminal release. I'm titling this Duel Terminal release as "Crusaders of Fate". I'll be releasing more cards as I work out the details. I've also created a Wiki on these cards (you can view it in my signature) that has a ton of details on the theme as well as tips and general use in the TCG/OCG. Without further ado I present you DUEL TERMINAL RELEASE - CRUSADERS OF FATE
Name: Direga, Crusader of the ArcanaAttribute: WaterType: Beast-Warrior/TunerLevel: 3ATK/DEF: 1500/500Card Effect Type(s): Trigger/IgnitionEffect: If your opponent controls more Spell & Trap Cards then you, you can discard 1 card to place 1 "Ice Token" in your Spell & Trap Card Zone as a Continuous Spell Card. ragnarok1945
except for the 3rd pic which I've seen before, all the others are new to me for your synchro, you need to state the type, attribute, and stats of the token as well this is true for Caradoc as well 9/

I guess the confusion is using the term token but there's no existing card that creates magic/trap tokens in the first place.
jack781217
a little problem with Caradoc, Knight of the Arcana, though I see what you intented it to be after it is used for Synchro Summon, when its effect activates, all Equip Cards previously equipped to it would've already been destroyed so you would not control any Arrow Token at that time unless you just happen to control another Caradoc... I changed the clause so it states "equal to the number of "Arrow Tokens" that were equipped to this card" so the effect should properly trigger now. Killey
Added 2 new cards: Direga, Crusader of the Arcana and Arcana III - The Azure Empress. Changed Zalren's effect to trigger when it's summoned. I didn't like how it could be used continuously. Changed Tor's image. I didn't like the original Image I used due to the compression. Any takers on creating a new Archetype name for this theme?
Killey
Added a new card. Bedivere, Knight of the Arcana his effect is pretty powerful for a low level monster but you have to play this card strategically in order to maximize its usefulness. Alordzynix
Maybe change the set name to something like "Armed Division" (If you pick it, I don't the price)? Anyway this set really looks interesting. Most of all I like the "Equip Spell" Tokens to reduce the need of many Equip Spells. Definitely want to see some more. Thanks for the name suggestion it has been noted in the first post and will be taken into consideration. I'm looking for more entries before I pick one. Yes, I took into consideration how creating a deck would work out and I feared that it would be hard keeping a balance deck if it required a lot of Equip Cards to activate effects. That's why I created Equip Card tokens to help fuel those effects without having to fill the deck with Equip Spells. I've got a good portion of the set planned out so expect a lot more updates with a ton of original effects and interesting spins to the Equip Card concept. Killey
Added 4 more cards which now completes the first Duel Terminal Release - Crusaders of Fate. I believe the Field Spell and Quick-Play Spell Cards can be applicable to any deck that revolves around Equip Spell Cards. May be useful for the Ben Kei Deck. I've created a wiki for that Duel Terminal Release for anyone to check out.http://ycm.wikia.com/wiki/Duel_Terminal_-_Crusaders_of_Fate Any other comments? Entries for a new Theme name? Killey
Here is a good name (I think). Equipped Crusaders Suggestion has been noted and added to the first post for consideration. Besides the name recommendation do you have any comments on the cards themselves? Come on people I put a lot of work into this. Is there anyone out there willing to comment on them? zombiepromking
Pretty interesting set. Not much i see to improve on. I really need to get back into realistic cards, but i just don't have the juice currently. 9/10 - that is, until the set is finished.

The fact of the matter is you didn't spot the others yet found it necessary to post that Tor is Warrior of Light from FF. :/
