EFFECT:

When this card is Synchro Summoned all Spell and Trap cards on the field are removed from play. Decrease both players Life Points by 200 for each card removed from play due to this effect. Increase this cards ATK and DEF by 200 for each Plant-type monster in your Graveyard. When this card is destroyed by battle select 1 Plant-type monster from your Graveyard and Summon it to the field. All card effects are negated until the end of your opponents End-Phase when this effect is used.

for the very last effect, I wouldn't negate all card effects PERMANENTLY, just 2 turns should be enough

I dunno too much about Synchro summoned cards, the pic just looks awesome, (reminded me of an archfiend syncro monster, saw it somewhere) That's why I'll rate this 9/10 ^^
