I'll join and I just paid my fee. Here is my card for Bracket B.

If this card is successfully synchro summoned then you may discard WATER monsters from your hand, and for every monster you discard you will gain 400 Life Points or for every WATER monster you discard your opponent will lose 200 Life Points. If this card is destroyed in battle then you can special summon 2 WATER monsters from your graveyard whose level is 3 or less.

If this card is destroyed by that battle, add it to the top of your Deck and Battle Damage received becomes 0. If this card attacks a monster your opponent controls, toss a coin. If you call Heads, this card gains 400 ATK during damage calculation only and deals piercing damage. If you call Tails, destroy the monster without applying Damage Calculation. If this card is attacked, you can return it to your Hand to negate the attack.

This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:

● When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, you can select 1 Level 3 or lower monster you control. During this turn, it can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. Any Battle Damage it inflicts to your opponent's Life Points is halfed.
