archie17
A dangerous card to play, you can end up with a potentially powerful monster with ATK points as high as 4000 if your opponent happens to have a monster card like Obelisk the Tormentor and it only cost you 1 Tribute OR it can be a 0 ATK monster causing you to waste a monster with ATK points because you Tribute Summon this card. It would have been a wasted Tribute. Best way to play this card, is to use a card that enables you to see what’s in your opponent’s hand first before Summoning this card that way you know if your opponent has a powerful monster or not which will then help you decide whether you want to Tribute a monster or not to play this. Aequitas
OCG is off at bits. Don't use "successfully Summoned" when you can just say Summoned. There are some other places where I am unsure of. Reminds me a lot of "Copy Cat", only 1 level higher and with the power to look at the hand. So, somewhat unoriginal. Pic is decent. So, 7/10. Actually Copycat is only level 1, and yes I did note in my head that the effect is similar to Copycat, but... Unlike Copycat this card requires a Tribute, because of the power to see your opponent's hand. But unlike Copycat it does not copy both ATK and DEF, just ATK. Some might say Copycat is just an easier card to work with, but all he can do is Even out with your opponent's strongest monster on the field, which creates a stalemate. Unlike Copycat, this card allows you a pre-emptive strike (at a cheaper cost) against your opponent, with the same Attacking power of a monster your opponent is planning to bring out. I'm extremely tired, and I don't know what I was thinking when I said "one level higher". Perhaps I meant it required a tribute.
archie17
Well in any case, i did correct the OCG, although I did keep the word successfully still because it is a used word. A few more strategic notes about this card, This card cannot duplicate the ATK points of Fusion or Synchro monsters because they are not kept in your hand also this card isn't very useful if you Special Summon it because it will have 0 attack. So keep this card in your hand and only play it when you think OR know your opponent has something powerful in his hand. You can tell if you opponent is planning to summon a powerful monster if he summoned 2 weak monsters onto the field in defense position, so play this card quickly if that happens, because odds are he's about to Tribute Summon a powerful monster that he has in his hand. So beat him to the punch with this card.

-DOOM
i like how you spent effort in your card and presentation! this alone deserves a 10/10 overall the card is nice, works well against Koaki Meiru i think and it would be a good card for your side deck. OCG is a bit off, but thats ok. Pic is meh, this could be better!8,5/10 Did you edit your card or are you using a card making program?
