Let's see, the OCG is off, but that comes with experience. Since this was a present, I'll give you a 10/10 anyway.

the drawing is awesome, but as yugioh card pic it fails. To less colors, you should've colored the pic properly!!!!!!!!

 

effect is a bit OP, maybe add a drawback.

Thanks for all of the commments, The Dragon suppose to be white, btw I'll work on the colors.

OCG Fixes

 

In the first line you forgot to capitalize Graveyard.

And the last part is supposed to be written as "If this card would be destroyed."

And you capitalized the word instead.

 

I'd give it 9.8/10 mainly because the pic lacks in a background the image itself is absolutely stunning it just needs a background Hint: All images in cards should have a background on it.

 

And its good for a new member the fact that you drew that yourself is very promising.

It's called OCG (Official Card Grammar), its how the effects wouldbe written if it were a real card...
