You can disard all cards in your hand(min 4) and destroy all cards you control(min 5) to decrease your opponent's Life Points by 2500(you cannot activate this effect if your opponent has 3000 Life Points or less). The only thing I have to add, is that with its effect, you can activate it at really anytime. Maybe limit it to only be activated during the Standby Phase. 8.7/10.
