Contestants will have up to 2 days to post their cards, if one fails to do so the other wins by default. If both fail to do so they will both lose and Match 2 will begin. Requirements:Must be a DARK monster.Must be an Effect Monster.Cannot be level 7 or higher.Cannot be a Fiend-Type or Spellcaster-Type Monster. If for some reason none of the judges are online, I will take care of judging. I will now place pieces of paper with all your names in a cup and draw, I will post the results soon.
