[spoiler=Card's name] I saw a Translator from English to Japanese, so i entered Chaos and the word that came out of it was Daikonran, so excuse me if the name is wrong

[spoiler=Effect]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing 5 Monster Cards with different Attributes from your Graveyard. This card's controller must pay 700 Life Points during each of his/her Standby Phases (this is not optional). This card isn't affected by the effects of Spell and Trap Cards. Once per turn, you can discard 1 card to destroy all Spell and Trap cards on the field. This card's ATK decreases by 400 for every Spell and Trap card destroyed until the End Phase. When this card is destroyed by battle, you can Special Summon 1 of the removed from play monsters you used to Special Summon this card.

Great card but you should remove that "this is not optional" but overall its a great card and a great idea about the name

by the way, "Daikonran" is translated more closely to "big mayhem"

for cards like "Chaos Sorcerer" and "Chaos Dragon", the english world "chaos" is directly used

If you really want to use Japanese, i suggest "Kondon" (which is the world for "Dark Magician of Choas")
