adrianator
Go to Microsoft office picture manager crop them in square shape and they will fit in the card.
Tortoise Kyle
Was the picture a bitmap (.bmp)? Thats what it does for them. At least for me.
LinkElfice510
I had this problem when I first started making cards, and I think the issue is I left it in a non-standard picture format (like the file format that Photoshop, GIMP, Paint.Net, etc. use and is unique to that program) when I saved it and attempted to upload. Don't quote me on that though.

LinkElfice510
Could it be too large of a picture? That's my only guess based on what you've said. I don't know what happens when you upload a picture that's more than 2 MB so that might be it but chances are that's not right...just throwing out ideas really =P

LinkElfice510
What's the link to the picture according to the card maker? Or what's the picture you are uploading? It could be solely on your end, so it's worth trying with someone else. I give you my word that I won't take your card in the making. I'm busy enough as is :P
