You should change the effect to:

 

"When this card is Tribute Summoned, you can Special Summon as many Level 3 or lower Fairy-type Monsters from your Graveyard. Destroy them during the End Phase".

Now it's 9.5/10 Effect could be better, it's bland right now. But it's good.
