[Set]Army of the Old Gods [1/??]

This is both my first post and first card out many more.

 

This set will be themed out of a single Old God, I'll post more info later (I am on my itouch). Some feedback for my First card would be nice though!

This monster can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Breaking the Dark Prison". You must also Tribute monsters whose total Level Stars equal 10 or more from the field or your hand. You may only have one "Yogg-Saron" on the field. Whenever your opponent Normal Summons, Flip summons, or Special Summons a monster place an "Insanity Counter" on that monster. Negate the effects of all monsters, and decrease the ATK of all monsters with an Insanity Counter on the field.

 

[Valkenhayn]

Face up monsters with a "Insanity Counter" lose 700 attack and have their effects negated when destroyed by battle.

 

How is that helpful? it losses it's ATK points after it's destroyed in battle?
