Heres the fix for you.

Activate only when 1 of your monsters attacks is negated. Inflict damage to your opponent equal to half your monsters ATK. If the monster whose attack was negated would be destroyed, or if you would have taken damage by the effect of a card that negated your monsters attack, destroy the card that negated your monsters attack and remove from play 1 card in your opponents hand. Any damage inflicted to you during this turn is reduced to 0. 

 

It was good until the last part of the sentences removing 1 card in your opponents hand and any damage inflicted to you is reduced to 0 seems Overpowered to me Get rid of one of those effects and its fine
