I think the last effect should have a slighly higher cost, as you could have, say, a BEWD in your Graveyard (yes, I understand that nowadays, BEWDs are fairly shite to be hanging around in your deck, but that's just an example), which would plainly be OP. By the way 'fro' should be changed to 'from' in your first sentence, and 'return' should be changed to 'Special Summon' (or whatever summon you wish to choose) in the second sentence. Otherwise, a nice card overall. The picture is a little blurry, but that's just the card maker decreasing the picture quality. Overall, a 9.5/10. Due to my recent return, I can't comment on OCG as I've forgotten everything about it. However, I can say the image and concept is decent - however, I dislike black backgrounds in card images.
