thanks the resson that its so high is because he's the number one villian ever where i've seen final fatisy 7 ad c he's hard to beat in kingdom hearts 1.

Neither did you.

The card is overpowered, mainly for the fact that the strongest official card (Obelisk) delivers 4000 ATK at 3 trubtes, and this one has 9000 at 2 tributes

It's still too strong for my taste. Also, it is a vanilla yet it has an effect. Change the type to effect.

Your effect makes this card even more overpowered as it allows to Summon 4 cards in a single Main Phase and win the duel(if this card doesn't already) and effectively paying off your Tributes. State WHERE to Summon the cards from, too.

Look at it this way: the strongest 2 tribute monster is Blue-eyes(I think). 3000 ATK 2500 DEF. Also a vanilla, also costs 2 tributes. Yet is considerably weaker. If you really want to be realistic, you will either add an effect that decreases the ATK/DEF or you will lower the ATK and DEF(significantly)
