All the rest is Piercing Damage.

I think the fixed OCG is this way:

You can only equip this card to a WATER monster. Increase or decrease its Level by 1. The equipped monster does Piercing Damage.

Though I'm not sure.

Not the most creative effect, but isn't that bad.

Weird picture. I agree with .Cσяiитнiαиσ. Old OCG errors like "dealt damage" are not valid anymore. Many capatilization errors and grammar errors, opponent isn't capatilized. The effect is OK I guess. 7.4/10
