...overpowered? Really? This looks underpowered from where I'm standing; it leads to major losses of advantage if the opponent doesn't have Level 1 monsters out.

Botanical Lion has 1600 ATK and 2000 DEF. However, Botanical Lion is Gigaplant food and boosts its own ATK and prevents theft, whereas this counters Arcana Force 0 - THE FOOL.
