archie17 Posted January 6, 2010 Report Share Posted January 6, 2010 I'm changing all previous Destiny Hero cards I made into "Galactic Heroes". This new archtype will emphasize on Time, Space and Matter. They are not cards that get enhanced by magic. You will not see them increasing there ATK or DEF for every Galactic Hero on the field or Graveyard. No Dark Magician Girl/Spellcaster-type of effects with this archtype. In addition, the monsters from this archtype will either be Light or Dark monsters. To represent the black void of space and the light of stars. Galactic Heroes will generally have LOW STATS but HIGH EFFECTS. Now on to this card. -------------------------------------------------------------------This card is weak, but think of the possibilities. SCENARIO- You have a full hand (6 cards)- You maxed out your Spell/Trap Card Zones (5 cards)- You maxed out your Monster Card Zone (4 cards, excluding this card)- You have a Field Spell Card active (1 card)TOTAL: 16 cards. You discard them all. 16 x 600 = 9600 This card can attack 16 times with the above scenario.If your opponent is unprotected, you will cause a OTK. Granted that is an unlikely scenario. Basically, you're going to boost her ATK with an equip or two and then just ditch everything else to inflict 8000 damage for game. It's hardly an unprecedented problem - Ben Kei does essentially the same thing with Equip Spells - but it just seems like Yet Another OTK Card. With a couple of equip cards, it will be able to attack through walls, so monster defenses won't mean much unless they're unkillable like Marshmallon. But you can hardly accuse me of making unreasonable assumptions when your opening post assumed that a player could reasonably expect to control 16 cards. Overall, this just seems like Ben Kei except weaker, unless it gets nice support from the other Galactic Heroes. The 16 card scenario was the most EXTREME scenario, its not likely that will ever happen, but if it does, good for the player. Galactic Heroes will not support Elementals, Neos, Evils, or Destinys. They really won't support each other that much either unless there effects happen to work that way. They will either have DARK or LIGHT attributes, so it will be like a Twilight Deck, this is to prevent a Galactic Heroes Deck from having a concentrated power source if you try, it will conflict with the other half of the heroes in your deck. Galactic Hero - Jumper (LIGHT)Galactic Hero - Discardia (DARK)Galactic Hero - Absorber (LIGHT)Galactic Hero - Shooter (DARK)"Overall, this just seems like Ben Kei except weaker" Actually this card is more powerful than Ben Kei.
