[Flip] When flipped summon, both players draw 5 cards from their decks, then flip a coin and call it. If the controller of this card calls it right, the opponent must send their hand including the 5 drawn card and field cards to the Graveyard. If the controller of this card calls it wrong he/she must send his/her hand including the 5 drawn card and his/her field cards to the Graveyard.

card lore: when Summoned, increase this cards ATK by 500 and Decrease its DEF by 600. While this card is face-up it's also treated as a "Spellcaster-Type". As Long as this card remains face-up on the field, yor opponent cannot summon any monsters except "Fairy and Spellcaster Types".

I would have to say the first one needs some changing because right now it's ridiculous, I recommend that both players draw 2 cards and that they both flip a coin and call it and if they get it right they keep the cards they drew and if they get it wrong they discard the cards they drew. The second card is a 2350 that stops almost all decks from summoning monsters, I reccomend that it becomes a 7/8 star, its effect that doesn't allow your opponent your opponent to summon be becomes some thing like "As long as this card remains face-up on the field your opponent cannot Special Summon monsters unless it is a Spellcaster or Fairy-Type." The third card is basically Cyber Stein and double summon combined, 3000 damage to get a double summon that lasts five turns or you play a monster and you activate this card and you get any fusion monster from your extra deck. These cards are very over powered and need major adjustments 4/10.

so if you mess up your at a -7, and if you get it right it's a +3 either way it becomes too advantageous for one player and there isn't really a way for you to come back if you get it wrong, the way I said was only an attempt to make it more of an even trade giving both players an equal opportunity. It's like cup of ace but in this situation you have a 2900 defender and a possible +3 or -7 in card control (at the least) which is ridiculous either way, it needs to be more balanced. It's also like morphing jar but one player doesn't discard any cards which is hilariously broken and neither player would enjoy that, one player discards their entire hand while the other could have 10 cards in hand to their opponent's none. That's my reasoning in why your cards needs adjustment.
