What's the actual point of running Monarchs in Blackwings rather than just playing a standard Blackwing deck? It's fair enough if you want to try different variations of decks, but in this case you'll always be better off without the Monarchs.

I've always played Monarch in some sort, this is just the most effective mix I've tried. Its got me more wins than when I played Macro.

Breaker and Mistral are unneeded. Take them out to max out Bora and Kalut, and add another blizzard.

if you're runnin Raiza then why not max him and try a Dark Simorgh for lulz?

Wouldn't really be consistent enough with only 3 targets.

Maybe if you ran Summoner Monk + Mist Valley Soldier? Takes up too much space though.
