♥Łövëły-Ċħän♥
Hope you enjoy! Once per turn, when a monster you control is removed from play, you can pay 400 Life Points to reduce the Level of 1 card in your hand by 2. When this effect is activated, you can return this card to the bottom of your Deck to add 1 Equip Spell from your Deck to your hand. <(^^)> Hug if you Love! Yes MDH + Marauding Captain = ASBS :)

Killey
I like the trigger conditions and what the effect is capable of doing since it's rather original. I really would like the effect to be able to trigger when the card is in your hand than on the field as keeping this alive while meeting the conditions would be somewhat difficult to do and creating the proper combo is situational as well. Doesn't really help Monarchs since the effects only trigger with a Tribute Summon. Making 2 monster Tributes a 1 Monster Tribute isn't all that impressive either in today's meta when most of them having Special Summoning clauses to them or have support cards that could SS them. Situational syncing by altering levels doesn't happen all that often so it has limited application to that. The tutoring of an Equip Spell Card is also a bit of an odd mix. I just don't see the correlation between lowering a monsters level and being able to tutor an Equip Spell Card and the 2 effects lack consistency with each other. Of course, the best combo (which I guess ties more to the trigger conditions) is tutoring D.D.R to resurrect the RFG'd monster which would make this card more applicable to a Hopeless Dragon based deck. I really like the concept of the card and would like to spin it for Spellcaster support. Something roughly along the lines of this. "When a monster you control is removed from play, you can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard. When this card is sent to the Graveyard by this effect, you can Normal Summon 1 Spellcaster-Type monster without Tributes or add 1 Equip Spell Card from your Deck to your hand." Sorry, not trying to derail the thread or say this is better than your card. Is just got inspired from your initial concept.
♥Łövëły-Ċħän♥
It's fine. Thank you for you perspective of the card, your version is good and well but I'll let you use that. This card was ment for Warrior Support/PTD/My own Amber-Sky Battle Shia. I made it spellcaster just because Warrior didn't fit at all. This could be used in many Decks by my intentions were for Decks with the previously mentioned themes. ^^ But I really appreciate your perspective and your ideas. ragnarok1945
so it's like a Cost Down effect to a degree quite a creative effect though since it does have another effect to go with it 9.5/
