-Tribute this card. Select 1 Thunder-Type monster on your side of the field. The selected monster gains this card's original ATK points, until the End Phase.

Negative is a bit Op'ed. Make it so that it only can't be attacked if you control another monster.

Ok negatives picture looks weird because why is their a thing around him,same for ultra magnet.However positive doesn't have the thing.Well the fact is dropping our score.Except that the pictures good.(good and bad)

 

The positive an negtive have an connection but opposite.Magnets attract but the effects are good.(minor)

 

It's funny how positive lv+negetive lv=ultra magnet lv.Anyways ultra magnet has an too powerful effect because everyone know the player would go for the second effect.Then the first.(minor)

mega man pictures...yes? but anyway, the idea is nice but it's been done by the the magnet warriors (alpha, beta, gamma, and valkyrion-or if u wanna talk anime: omega minus, sigma minus, sigma plus, and Conduction Warrior Linear Magnum Plus Minus)

 

but teh effect are pretty bland

The reason that the cards have the white border, is because the pixels were not formatted correctly. It would have took a long time to fix it.
