Im not sure if the Spirit effect works unless you put that in the effect too and even if its ment to be a spirit monster i would make its ATK and DEF a bit higher. Also were is this pic from? 6/10 for now.

the effect is very well balanced

 

what makes it UPed is the fact it has only 600 atk/def

 

for lv6, it needs to have at least 2000 atk/def
