What is it with you people and thinking that if you make the world communist' date=' the world will be fixed.

[/quote']

Why do you think? From each according to his ability, to each according to his need.

I'm talking about world economic and social equality. Don't think I mean any communism so far.

A controlled Capitalism would be a much better idea than Communism. I would set it up so that every person gets necessities. For example, poor people are guaranteed a House, food, water, and an opportunity to monetarily benefit from the free market. However, someone who works through college and acquires an upstanding job and becomes wealthy should be allowed to keep their money for them, aside from taxation that is necessary for the community to thrive. Essentially, a Capitalism with Communistic qualities.

With a blatant communism, there's no point in trying to better your social standards considering it's already taken care of for you.

Attention, people arguing over economic systems: Come on, you're God. You can just place the world in a post-scarcity state and eliminate the need for both capitalism and communism simultaneously.

EDIT: Unless my power results from other people believing in me. Then... I'd do nothing.

Since when has god ever been known for doing things the easy way? Instead of just making Adam and Eve, he made dirt, made Adam out of the dirt, and then made Eve out of one of Adam's ribs.

But God is the perfect God. So if we're not like him it we're less than perfect. Do you want to be perfect or not?

I rather doubt that the perfect God would come down and magically create any economic system.

Apparently man created God. Therfore you are technically God. So why haven't any of you gotten off your asses to do anything yet' date=' instead of thrashing a group of people who believe in a high deity, which you claim to be?

[/quote']

If man created god, that doesn't make them god. That means they have a creative imagination.

The guy who created the tooth fairy wasn't god.

Again, man created God. Isn't that what you've told me? And God apparently is false. So does that mean everything man made does not exist?

There are two types of existence. There's subjective, and physical. God would fall under subjective. A television would fall under physical.

Tell me why space and time couldn't have just always existed.

A better term would be "thought of". Man "thought of" God and "created" the "idea" of God. Some people believed it, some people didn't. Then there are people who have a different view on the "idea" of God. Then, there are even more people who have the "idea" of several Gods. Religion and Gods are all based on "ideas" "created" by man. Thus, like you said, man is kinda like the God of their own Religion because they created and/or believe in the "idea" of their Religion.

This sort of argument only works if you also include the unstated premise that man created nothing except God. This is false, because man also invented pizza.

I would create a world where everybody was named bob. Even the girls.

In Monty Python's Flying Circus' date=' Australia is pretty much that, except with "Bruce" instead of "Bob".

In [i']One Hundred Years of Solitude[/i], Macondo is pretty much that, except with "Jose Arcadio Buendia" instead of "Bob".

I created a 6-pronged star out of a piece of paper. Therefore, I am technically a 6-pronged star made from a piece of paper.

Yet, I can type.
