Dark Mousy's Analysis of Realistic Card Section

In this analysis, I am going to build a model that predicts the Average Level of Card Making given 3 factors.

Section 1: The Circular Flow

There are 3 'entities' in Card Makings. Card Raters, Card Makers, and Moderators. You can be all 3 at once, but we will look at them separately.

1) Card Makers demand Card Critique / Ratings from Card Raters, more cards will require more critique, if they take less time to make (we will call skill / time required to make cards 'Price'), as they will make more of it. We have a line that slopes downwards.

2) We have Card Raters, as the Price or Quality goes up, they will want to supply more ratings / critique to cards. We have a line that slopes upwards.

3) Moderators, who influences either artificially, or naturally, element 1) or element 2). For example, if a mod imposes that all critique is to be 300 words in length at least, we will see that given 1) and 2), that cards of lower quality will no longer be made, as they are not receiving critique, and their threads will die.

Let me put this in picture form:

We see that when they meet at a point, that determines a 'market', that means people will critique those cards. The average of all card making skill and rating length is determined by the black dot, or the equilibrium point. Now, we see that a card maker with lower skill will have a line that is significantly more left than the average line. We will see what happens then:

Now, we see that the ratings given to that card maker, will be considerably lower than the average, although the Card Rating's curve has not changed (although it may look like it has in the graph, I'm doing these on paint, sorry).

Let's see what happens if Icy were to impose a minimum of 300 words in critique.

The line for Card Raters is now the thick black line due to the moderator imposition, with this imposition, the Card Maker line does not meet the Card Rater's line. This means, when they do not intersect, there is no MARKET for that card maker's cards. If there is no market, that card maker's cards are unwanted, and will get no ratings whatsoever. This means that this card maker will cease to make cards and leave YCM altogether.

This is a Work In Progress, I will expand this model when I think a bit more.

CardMakers give us ideas in the form of Yugioh Cards. This is conveyed from the mind of each individual cardmaker. You Dark Mousy are trying to turn that into something on a Material Level, and I shall not have it.
