First Equip Spell Card: Aura Cannon. Goes well with Aura Feeder to anger Fortune Lady

Here is meh first equip Spell Card:

[spoiler= Effect]Equip only to a Spirit monster. The equipped monster does not have to have its effect that returns it to the hand activated. As long as a Spirit monster equipped with this card remains face-up on the field, you can increase the Level of 1 monster your opponent controls by the Level of the equipped monster.

 

It is intended to do damage by charging up Aura Feeder

I figure this is extremely effective on Fortune Ladies, as you can give them a charge up to whatever level just to take it away by using Aura Feeder, which makes them Level 1.

Don't really understand the effect (last one) about increasing the level (by 1 or the level of the equipped monster?)

 

well good card for spirits 9/10 if OCG is fixed, cant fix it myself though
