Not quite.

Self-created image.

First card of 2010.

Supposed to be simple.

Enjoy.
that blind?]

Remove a number of Rock-Type monsters from your Graveyard from play. All Rock-Type monsters gain ATK equal to the number of monsters removed from play by this card's effect, x50. During the End Phase of the turn this card is activated, return face-down cards on the field to their respective owner's hand(s) equal to the number of Rock-Type monsters that have been removed from play. If you cannot, destroy all face-up cards on the field and remove them from play. During your Standby Phase, you can remove this card from your Graveyard from play to Special Summon 1 Rock-Type monster that has been removed from play.

Remove any number of Rock-Type monsters from your Graveyard from play. All Rock-Type monsters gain 250 ATK for each monster that was removed from play by this card's effect. During the End Phase of the turn this card was activated, destroy all cards on the field.

Dull image, OK name.

Very OP'd. Not only Rock monsters gain a lot of ATK, but you get Final Destiny's effect for free, as well. And just to make it even worse, it is a Quick-Play Spell Card, a.k.a. good luck stopping it's activation. Using this during your opponent's Battle Phase just grants an enormous advantage.

5 / 10

You should either edit the last part of the effect, or add an activation cost.

More ocg fixes lol: Remove a number of Rock-Type monsters from your Graveyard from play. All Rock-Type monsters gain ATK equal to the number of monsters removed from play by this card's effect, x50. Destroy all cards on the field during the End Phase of the turn this card is activated.

Last effect is a bit broken. The first effect is good though.
