While I was at the ski lodge, I was watching the news, and I think it was CNN, said that some guy tied explosive powder to his foot, and ignited it with some liquid in a syringe (sp?). That was the reason for heavy security checks at the airport. Is the underwear story related, a variation, or totally different?
