OCG needs a teeny little fix.

Yes they are; with the release of the legal obelisk the tormentor, Divine-Beast is now a legal type so he's fine.

Not OP'd. If you have Kuriboh and other card effect that negate your opponent attack. Then use Change of Heart and use it for a Tribute Material to destroy this monster.

 

But 7500 ATK/DEF is WAAAY to high. Make it 4000 and its perfect. ;)

Pretty decent, if OPed, for a first card. Attack should be lowered because 7500 is higher than the strongest actual cards. OCG is pretty good for a newb as well, even better for a first card.

Waaaay overpowered from a players standpoint. Play field swarmers, then drop this. Drop the attack to 3000, or lower to 5000 and create a self-burn effect. For example: This card is destroyed during te end phase of the turn it attacks. When this card is destroyed take damage equal to its original attack.

All the bolded was fail. The card is alright in general. This card seems very OP'd if you combine this with a theory-based turn skip card 2 turn kill. 3/10 OP'd and the pic is really blurry the OCg is alright.
