OCG Fix:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned, except by Tributing 3 monsters. This card gains 1000 ATK and DEF for each card on the field. You can Tribute this card to negate the activation of a Spell or Trap Card. Sort of overpowered. Change it to this. This card gains 1000 ATK and DEF for each card you control.
