I would have said 1-2k because it can completely change a game.

Did I get something wrong? It's select a card from either player's Graveyards, and put it on the bottom of the deck. Then you can pay 500 to make it that your opponent doesn't pick a card.

500 is good, it stops your opponent from trying to ruin Smyrne's effect by picking a card from your Graveyard.

I think OCG, you have to get it understandable. It fine as it is. I'm not going to bother to fix a few small mistakes. The idea is what really counts.
