Max Darkness
In preparation for the continuation of a fan-fic I am currently writing, I have decided to show you some of the cards that will feature in it later. The main focus is the Malevolent cards, but the others also feature as cards used either with them or against them. Image Credits: HP Doom, Jazin Kay, Voncsent and WanderleyD.S. and Holos: Master Sami, The Monarch King

Effect: This card can be Special Summoned from your Deck while you control a Level 5 or higher "Malevolent" monster or Dark Tuner Monster. This card is also treated as a Fiend-Type monster. If this card is used for a Synchro Summon or Dark Synchro Summon, draw 1 card. If the drawn card is a Normal Trap Card, you can activate it from your hand, before your End Phase.
Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while you control a face-up "Malevolent" monster. When this card is Summoned, you can remove any number of DARK monsters in your Graveyard from play (Max. 5). This card gains 2 Levels for each monster removed from play by this card's effect.
Effect: If this card is used for a Dark Synchro Summon, your opponent discards 3 cards from the top of their Deck. If this card is in the Graveyard while you control a face-up "Malevolent Justice Catastor", you can add this card to your hand. If you do, this card is treated as an Equip Spell Card with the following effect:- Equip only to "Malevolent Justice Catastor". If the equipped monster would be removed from your side of the field, destroy this card instead.
Effect: This card is also treated as a Fiend-Type monster. This card cannot be destroyed by Level 6 or lower LIGHT monster effects. If this card destroys a Level 7 or higher monster, it can attack once again. If this card is used for the Dark Synchro Summon of a "Malevolent" monster, while this card is in the Graveyard, each time the Summoned monster destroys a monster your opponent controls, your opponent discards 2 cards from the top of their Deck.
Effect: Select 1 Dark Synchro Monster in your Graveyard and Special Summon it in face-up Defense Position. Its effect is negated, its Level is increased by 1 and its DEF becomes 0. Its battle position cannot be changed. A simple Dark Synchro counterpart to "Descending Lost Star".
Fallen soul, bewitched by your innate anger. Rise again to corrupt this imperfect world. Dark Synchro Summon! Descend, Twisted Malevolent! Effect: 1 non-Tuner - 1 Dark Tuner MonsterThis card cannot be Special Summoned, except by Dark Synchro Summon. When this card is Summoned, remove 2 monsters your opponent controls from play. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, Spell and Trap Cards sent to the Graveyard are removed from play instead. When this card attacks or is attacked by a LIGHT monster, destroy that monster at the start of the Damage Step (without damage calculation).
Great envoy, thou art twisted by your own darkness. Fusing deception and villainy. Dark Synchro Summon! Descend, Malevolent Power Tool Dragon! Effect: 1 non-Tuner monster - 1 "Malevolent" Dark Tuner monsterYou can Special Summon this card from your Extra Deck by Tributing 1 "Power Tool Dragon" you control. If you do, this card is destroyed during your next Standby Phase. This card is also treated as an EARTH Monster. When this card is Summoned and during each of your End Phases, you can destroy 1 Equip Spell Card on the field. As long as you control a different "Malevolent" monster, during your Main Phase, you can add 1 Equip Spell Card to your hand from your Deck. If this card would be destroyed while equipped with an Equip Spell Card, you can send that card to the Graveyard instead. The reason I've left off the second line of D.S. rules is because 1. It makes the text look better and 2. Despite them not existing, everyone now knows how to Dark Synchro Summon.
Justice shrouded in one's own tyranny, lay down dark judgement on your foes. Dark Synchro Summon! Descend, Malevolent Justice Catastor! Effect: 1 non-Tuner monster - 1 "Malevolent" Dark Tuner monsterYou can Special Summon this card from your Extra Deck by Tributing 1 "Ally of Justice Catastor" you control. If you do, this card is destroyed during your next Standby Phase. If this card attacks a non-DARK Machine-Type monster, destroy that monster at the start of the Damage Step (without damage calculation) and the destroyed monster's controller takes damage equal to the half the destroyed monster's ATK.

Effect: If this card is Tributed for the Synchro or Tribute Summon of a "Cleanser" monster, the Summoned monster gains the following effect:- Once per turn, if the Summoned monster would be destroyed by a LIGHT monster, you can discard 3 cards from your hand to negate the attack and end the Battle Phase.
Effect: You can Normal Summon or Set this card from your Deck if you control a different face-up "Cleanser" monster. This card is also treated as a EARTH monster. Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed by a non-LIGHT monster, you can discard 1 LIGHT monster from your hand. If you do, it is not and any Battle Damage this card's controller takes is halved. When this card destroys a monster by battle, you can return 1 card in your Graveyard to the bottom of your Deck.
Effect: This card can be Normal Summoned or Set without Tributing if you control a different face-up "Cleanser" monster. This card is also treated as a WATER monster. Once per turn, you can discard 1 LIGHT monster from your hand to destroy 1 non-LIGHT monster your opponent controls whose Level is equal to or lower than the discarded monster's. When this card destroys a monster by battle, you can return 1 card in your Graveyard to the bottom of your Deck.
Winged messenger of the divinities, purge those who darken the skies! Synchro Summon! Oiseau, Airborne Cleanser! Effect: 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monstersThis card is also treated as a WIND monster. If this card attacks or is attacked by a non-LIGHT or WIND monster, you can discard 1 card from your hand to destroy that monster at the start of the Damage Step (without damage calculation). When this card destroys a monster by battle, you can return 1 card in your Graveyard to the bottom of your Deck.
Designed to be closer to real-life cards than my usual creations, they have simple swarming effects.
Effect: You can Special Summon this card from your hand or Deck if you control less monsters than your opponent. Once per turn, you can skip your Battle Phase to draw 1 card.
Effect: You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard or Removed from Play Zone when you Normal Summon or Set a Level 5 or higher "Crusadian" monster. When this card is removed from the field, you can draw 1 card.
Effect: When this card is Normal Summoned or Set, you can Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower EARTH Machine-Type monster from your Graveyard. If this card is Special Summoned, you can add 1 "Crusadian" monster from your Deck to your hand.
Effect: You can Normal Summon this card from your Deck if you control a face-up "Crusadian" monster. When this card is Summoned from your hand, add 1 Level 4 or lower "Crusadian" monster to your hand from your Deck. This card cannot be destroyed by battle while in Defense Position. (Damage calculation is applied normally.)
Effect: When this card is Summoned, you can put 1 "Crusadian" monster on the top your Deck. This card gains 100 ATK for each Machine-Type monster you control. Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed by a card effect, it is not. If you would take damage from a card effect, you can Tribute this card to reduce any damage to 0.
Halcyon warrior bathed in light, vanquish those who stand in your way. Synchro Summon! Crusadian Blitzan! Effect: 1 "Crusadian" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monstersWhen this card is Synchro Summoned, return 1 of the Synchro Material Monsters to your Deck. This card inflicts Piercing Damage. Each time this card destroys a monster by battle, put 1 "Crusade Counter" on this card (Max. 2). This card gains 300 ATK for each "Crusade Counter" on it. If this card would be destroyed, you can remove 1 "Crusade Counter" from this card. If you do, it is not. (Damage calculation is applied normally.) During each of your End Phases, remove 1 Machine-Type monster in your Graveyard. If you do not, return this card to the Extra Deck.

Effect: This card can be Normal Summoned or Set from your Removed from Play Zone while you control a face-up "D.D." monster. This card is also treated as a Dragon-Type monster. Once per turn, if this card destroys a monster and sends it to the Graveyard, that monster is removed from play instead. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, it is removed from play instead.
Effect: This card can only be Normal Summoned or Set by removing 2 "D.D." monsters you control from play. Once per turn, this card cannot be destroyed by card effects. Once per turn, activate 1 of the following effects: - Remove 1 "D.D." or "Twisted" monster in your Deck from play. - Return 1 "D.D." or "Twisted" monster in your Removed from Play Zone to your Deck. - Discard 1 card from the top of your Deck to remove 1 Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls from play.

Beast of eternal suffering, born of noble darkness. Burn the pagans to ash. Synchro Summon! Gehannan Purgen! Effect: 1 "Gehennan" Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner monstersThis card is also treated as a Pyro-Type monster. This card cannot be attacked by FIRE monsters. If this card destroys an Attack Position monster, it can attack once again by reducing its ATK by 700. Each time this card destroys a monster by battle, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monster's Level x 150. During each of your End Phases, if you control a different Level 5 or higher FIRE monster, your opponent discards cards from their hand equal to the number of Level 5 or higher FIRE monsters you control. Sweet Lightning
I love the D. Synchros, and how they have darker, more destructive effects than their counterparts. (Catastor's effect is crazily OP'd IMO if you don't Special Summon it, because there aren't that many Machine DARKs in the game.) Temha is good for Draw Power, but if you get a Trap, you can use it from your hand? That part seems a bit OP'd to me, but it's like a watered down "Makyura the Destructor", so I guess it's somewhat balanced. Tenacht is good D.S. support. The pictures are the crowning glory of these cards, they're excellent. Overall, an excellent set. :) 9/
Max Darkness
I love the D. Synchros' date=' and how they have darker, more destructive effects than their counterparts. (Catastor's effect is crazily OP'd IMO if you don't Special Summon it, because there aren't that many Machine DARKs in the game.) [/quote'] Yes, but I have changed it so it only works on the offensive. The original "A.J.C." activates whenever it battles (attacking or being attacked), so although "M.J.C." can destroy more when attacking, it is vulnerable when being attacked. Temha is good for Draw Power' date=' but if you get a Trap, you can use it from your hand? That part seems a bit OP'd to me, but it's like a watered down "Makyura the Destructor", so I guess it's [i']somewhat balanced. I was harbouring doubts about its balance. So I'll change it to a Normal Trap Card, not any Trap Card. Tenacht is good D.S. support. The pictures are the crowning glory of these cards' date=' they're excellent. Overall, an excellent set. :) 9/10[/quote'] Thank the people who made the images. Wanderley's pic is just epic.
Sweet Lightning
About Catastor: Oops, I didn't see that. XD Temha: Cool, now I think it's more balanced. But activating Trap Cards straight from the hand is still a bit OP'd IMO. It's fine. :) I am grateful for all the awesome image creators out there! :)

Max Darkness
Those pics for Justice and Power Tool Dragon are awsome' date=' trough, it's a mess they use recolers of yugioh card renders. HP Doom's pics are awsome too.Effects and OCG are great! I <3 those cards. [u']9.5/10 "Power Tool Dragon" was actually fan-art found on Deviantart; just in exactly the same pose as its card. And I wanted to use a mirrored recoloured version of them both anyway since it's rather like the 'Sin' archetype. "Sin Stardust Dragon"'s position is mirrored compared to "Stardust Dragon". As for Catastor, that is the only good picture you can find on the internet of it, unless you count "Descending Lost Star" which is still a card, and one I'm making a counterpart of. And thanks for the rate.
ragnarok1945
it's good to see you again Max Darkness, after my return these pics aren't as good as the ones you had before, though you did say you borrowed it from others though as always you still performed great for effects and OCG, so no changes are needed there 9.9/

Sweet Lightning
Cool updates. A lot of these cards revolve around crippling and destroying LIGHT monsters, don't they? I like them a lot. :) The pictures make these cards exceptional. Malevolent = Great Lightsworn Counter XD
ragnarok1945
so does this mean you're running out of picture of your own, Max Darkness? Max Darkness
so does this mean you're running out of picture of your own' date=' Max Darkness?[/quote'] Not pictures per se, but specific pictures. As in, the recolours that I've ordered. I have no graphic skills so I have to wait until the people who can do it are able to. Plus, Jazin Kay's archive has amazing pics that deserve to be used. ragnarok1945
the only OCG error (which is only a might) I found is this: "it can attack once again by reducing its ATK by 700" should be "you can reduce its ATK by 700 to have it attack again." other than that, the rest of the OCG is great, as are the effects of the cards, just like before 9.9/
