Master White
Thought to make another card. So I decided to, but not "all at once" anymore, short progresses, you see. Well, I hope you enjoy it. Rate nicely please. thank you. Well, I'm not sure where I'm going with this, but I made a card that I made along while back. I'm thinking of making a set of cards that are related or used to bring out any "summoning skull" monster. besides, I only know two, they need to make more, I think. but I'll paste the new card and the old one for understanding.
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set. This card can only be Special Summoned while "Toon World" is on your side of the field. This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect: Tribute one psychic type monster you control to gain 1000 life points. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed and you can special summon one psychic type monster from your graveyard or your extra deck.
Created the pic using gimpfocus on the cards lore more than the pic, plse. thank you. effect: This card cannot be Special Summoned or set. This card can only be Normal Summoned while "Toon World" is on your side of the field. This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:You can negate one of your opponents' monsters attack while this card remains face-up on your side of the field. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed and you can special summon one monster in your deck that has "Summoned Skull" in its card name. So enjoy and plse rate nicley, again, I urge that. thank you. Also, reason their was so many sub types is because I made it that way. I'm sure their is a card out their that has more than one sub type, besides that, its a challenge to do something like that you see, so I did it, hard it may be, but I made it work. _______________________________________________
New Cards]

This card cannot be Special Summoned or set. This card can only be Normal Summoned while "Toon World" is on your side of the field. This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up. This cards sub-type is treated as all monsters' subtypes while face-up on the field.

I wanted to let you know, that this is prbly not real yet, but i am not sure, but I like this thread, so I'm posting it here. What I mean by this is that the fact they haven't came out with sub-type synchro monsters yet. This one I made, which was hard to do, is a gemini and toon monster. The fact of the matter is that I wanted to make a toon synchro monster, because toon monsters are cool. So, I warned you, so plse be serious and Judge nicely, thank you.
2 "psychic-type Tuner monsters + one or more non-Tuner monsters. This card can only be Synchro Summoned while "Toon World" is on your side of the field. This card is treated as a Synchro Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Synchro Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect: Once per turn, you can pay 500 life points to negate the activation and destroy a card with an spell speed two or higher with this effect. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed.
Jazin Kay
First image is cheap and effortless. Second image is actually quite intricate and powerful on the eyes.

I said don't rate on the first card, even its image, but thanks for the compliment on the second image, I think.
ragnarok1945
I'm unsure if you should have that many subtypes all on the 2nd card that's not into the effect what you DO have in the effect is quite good though, nice to see toon spirit types, rarely seen them before 8.7/

It broadens the horizon of game playin, I have the sets written, but left it all on a different computer for the break, but next card will be a nice little treat, thanks about the lore.
