Once per turn, you can increase this card's ATK by 200 for each Spell and Trap card in your Graveyard until the End Phase.

it has a balanced effect since you'd have to take the burn too

 

300 per spell/trap is a little bit high since it has 2400 atk to begin with, you can easily boost this to 4500 atk

 

Make it only 200 per spell/trap instead

wow this is a great card although the last effect is a bit overpowered considering how many trap and magic cards a person has in there deck. It could easily stack the monsters ATK incredibly high if played late in the duel. I think the last effect should be scraped altogether as even when first summoned this monster could get a massive ATK boost due to the first effect or jyst make it that only spell cards effect ATK and not traps. I think the balence in the first effect though is brillent with both players suffering from it. 9/10

I like this card. The Spell/Trap bombing is even between both players, so that's good. Although like others have said, it may be a bit much to have 300 ATK per Spell/Trap in the Graveyard. Definitely a lower amount for sure.

 

Aside from that, might want to see if you can tweak the wording at the beginning of your effect.
