You have to BELIEVE you can fly. You have to believe you can soar. You have to believe you can touch the sky.

 

Just because you THINK you are something, does not mean you are that. That is the equivalent of being in your own illusion of fantasies. We can never know what reality truly is, so all we can do is have faith in what we believe reality is. From our beliefs and discoveries, that is what molds a Mental Reality, the reality we believe we live in. We strive to make our Mental Reality the equivalent of the True Reality, through discovery and belief.

Tbh, I didn't get much of what you just said. And, assuming this universe exists and is not all in my imagination, people can only fly by burning large amounts of petroleum. But you brought up a good point.

This. "I think, therefor I am" means that you do not necessarily know what you are, where you are, why you are, etc. It simply means that since you are self-aware, you must exist. That's it. Therefor, each person's mind is their own bubble of certainty, their own universe. Obviously the thread is a joke, but the point is that each person is, by nature, the center of their own universe, because their existence is the only thing they can logically be sure of.
