Yeah, it does need work. Tell him to stick with either Red-Eyes or Armed Dragon Get rid of Solar Flare Dragon. It's not even a dragon and doesn't stick with the theme. Your friend also needs a trio of RED-EYES DARKNESS METAL DRAGON and at least a pair of RED-EYES WYVERN. Wyvern is pretty common now since it came out in one of the Speical Edition Boxes (Ancient Prophecy, I belive), but REDMD is going for about $30-$40 a peice right now. Still, I highly recommend it. It's like a staple in decks with a decent amount of dragons.

 

Gravity Bind is also LIMITED. Take out one. Both preferably. It really doesn't belong here. You also need a better trap and spell line-up. Heavy Storm, Mystical Space Typhoon, Brain Control, Bottomless Trap Hole, Mirror Force...those are much better than the ones you have. Your friend's spells and traps are pretty out-classed.
