I know that the name's kinda weird, it's just that translated from Latin it's "Stone Zone Guardian".

 

The Effect:

You can Special Summon this card from your hand in Face Up Defense Position by sending 1 Field Spell card you control to the Graveyard. When this card was Summoned, destroy all Field Spell cards your opponent controls. As long as this card remains Face Up on the field, your opponent cannot play any Field Spell cards. This card is unaffected by the effects of Field Spell cards. If this card would be destroyed, add 1 Field Spell card from your Graveyard to your hand.
