Warriors Strength. This will be difficult.

Select 1 monster you control and attack 1 monster your opponent controls. Regardless of the position of the target monster, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the attacking monster.

I have no clue if this is correct, but it is better.

 

Anyway, its balanced.

The other two are OP'd

2300ATK=Level 6, not 5

2500=Level 7, not 6
