R.E.B. DRAGON
AS A BIG FAN OF "RED EYES" I CREATED A SYCHRO effect: 1 DARK Tuner + 1or more non-tuner Dragon-Type monsters During each of youR standby phases you take 2400 points of damage to your Life Points for each card in your opponet's hand, unless you tribute a level 7 or higher Dragon-Type monster on your side if the field.Negate the activation of any trap card that targets this card, and destroy it. If there are 3 or more level 7 or higher Dragon-Type monsters in your Graveyard or removed form play either you can pay all but 1 Life Points to have this card gain ATK equal to the combined ATK of all DARK Dragon-Type monsters in your Graveyard. This card can attack twice per turn. AND THE ACTUAL TUNER THAT HELPS TO FULLFILL THE COMDITIONS OF THE SYNCHRO'S EFFECT there will bw more maybe todaywhich do you prefer ???? effect:While this card is face up on the field OR in your Graveyard is also treated as a Dragon-Type monster,When this card is normal summoned you can pay 1000 Life Points to send up to 3 DARK Dragon-Type monsters from your deck to your graveyard. this card gains 400 ATK and DEF for each DARK Dragon-Type on the field.this card can not attack your opponet directly its my 2nd day in the forum so i hope you willl go easy about the OCG mistakes i think they are better than my 1st post there will be more cards today :)

Dr. Percival Cox
Very impresive for a new member but the 2400 points of damage is a little bit too steep though lower it a bit.O.C.G. is very good for a new member so like the others 10/10. R.E.B. DRAGON
its 2400 beacuse if you activate the effect is like an one hit K.Oif there 3+ lv 7 dragons his can attack can reach 8000-10000 in no time
usetheforcehan
During each of you standby phases you take 2400 points of damage to your Life Points for each card in your opponet's hand. Are you INSANE?! What if during your Standby Phase or the opponent previously turns, he/she activated Spell Cards that increase his card hands? And what if he use the No-Card-Limit Spell Card (i forget its name)? You only have 8000 LP. Before you activated the last effects, you're already DEAD! The opponent ALWAYS exploit the cards weakness, and use it against you. Nerf it a bit to 500-900 Life Points.

R.E.B. DRAGON
this monster is supposed to be summoned in late duel situations, it is unffected by traps and with it's effect it can gain at least6000 ATk that means you have 2 low risk attacks with a force of 8000+ ATk for one turn at least if you also have another storng dragon on your side of the field you have one more chance by tributing that dragon also it combines great with r.e. darkness metal dragons effect 1 HIT K.O
usetheforcehan
I know what you mean. But today there's a lot of cards that can stop Special Summon or Synchro Summon. Immunity to Trap Card doesn't mean your card is invincible. There are Spells, Monster Effects and sometimes a Trap-Spells (although rare) that can prevent you from achieving or maybe cancel your last effects. The moral of this story is EVERY cards is vulnerable. There are no OP'd cards. Even the Blue-Eyes combos or Stardust combos can be defeated if the opponent have the RIGHT Deck. (and a bit of luck)
ragnarok1945
there's just some grammar and capitalization errors for the most part the OCG isn't too bad (small things like change sacrifice to reduce since you were talking about LP) the problem however is the 2400 burn per card in your opponent's hand. That's an easy OTK right off the bat you need to cut that down to 300 burn per card 7/
R.E.B. DRAGON
this mosters gains the combined ATK of dragoms in the grave + immune to traps+ 2 attacks i think its fair otherwise it will be op'd + plus if you have a r.e. darkness metal dragon you spec. summon a lv7 dragon every tur to sacrifice
No.39 希望皇ホープ
Because your new 10/10 If you weren't... 8.5/10 -Pros -One of the best 10 pics I've ever seen, simple yet menacing, calm, yet ferocious. Almost looks like he's Red-Eyes' Earthbound Immortal ancestor. -Great concept -Good ideas -Cons -change to "300 points of damage to your Life Points for each card in your opponet's hand, unless you tribute a level 4 or higher Dragon-Type" -If he gains ATK from Dragons in grave, why would an option in its requirement include dragons removed from play -Life points should decrease to 100, unless you are cuuting life points in half the last digit is always 0. -Suggestions -Maybee instead of decreasing life points to 100, you lose life points equal to ATK that "Red-Eyes Black Wrath Dragon" gained during the End Phase. Kind of like Power Bond.

gustavosuarez
well. i see that nobody repared your OCG errors i do that:1 DARK Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Dragon-Type monsters During each of your Standby Phases you take 300 damage x each card in your opponent's hand, unless you Tribute a Level 7 or higher Dragon-Type monster you control. Negate the activation and effect of a Trap Card that targets this card and destroy it. This card can attack twice in the same Battle Phase. If there are 3 or more Level 7 or higher Dragon-Type monsters in your Graveyard or removed from play, you can halve your Life Points to this card gain ATK equal to the combined ATK of all DARK Dragon-Type monsters in your Graveyard. If you do, this card can't attack during your next turn.I do some reparations and change the last effect, because its a little Oped. the pic is amazing and the idea is good. 9/10 for this card:)Second card:This card is also treated as a Dragon-Type monster while is on the field or in the Graveyard. When this card is Normal Summoned you can pay 1000 Life Points to select 3 DARK Dragon-Type monsters from your Deck and send them to your Graveyard. This card gains 400 ATK and DEF x each DARK Dragon-Type on the field. This card cannot attack your opponent's directly.Nice card to. a good combo for the synchro effect. the pic could be better, but if you dont have another is fine for me. 8/10Finally, you need to work in your OCG (Official Card Grammar), but the ideas are good. good work for a new:)
