This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be special summoned by tributing 1 "Uchiha Sasuke, Last hero of Uchiha" on your side of the field. If you control no monsters except this card and your life points are below 2000, Add 1 "Mangekyou Sharingan" to your hand from your deck. If this card is equipped with "Mangekyou sharingan", Activate 1 of the following effects:

Amaterasu-- Randomly select 2 cards in your opponent's hand, If 1 or more of the selected cards is a monster card, Inflict 800 of direct damage to your opponents life points and select 1 of the selected cards and send it to the graveyard.

Susanoo-- Double this cards ATK and DEF until the end phase of that turn, Inflict 800 of direct damage to your life points.

Tsukyoumi-- This card is unaffected by traps, Spells and monster effects. Decrease all of your opponents Face-up monsters by 600.

First off, Don't name the effects. Like susanoo, that is implied.

Next, use better OCG and grammar in general. This is more to Iceringer.

Third, be more original. This is to DC722

 

With that said, while OP, Ice's cards are better. Much more original, and the Sharingan going to the grave makes sense.
