It's Phantasm Tokens that makes this card OP'd. ATK/DEF 2000? Nerf it a bit.

Great to be Summoned if your LP is low and need to tank your opponent attacks while you're thinking of your next step.

personally for me, 3200 atk is a bit high for normal summoning without a specific normal summoning condition

 

still, it's a spirit type so you'll lose 2 monsters each turn to summon it anyway
