Xandra was a bit irritated when she saw that is wasn't Kris, but no one recognized her.

"Doesn't anyone know where Kris is? He can vouch for me. I'm a friend of his!"

Ace, is Xandra in the same room as Cyrus and company?

Cyrus looked at his watch.

"I have something to do..." He said and turned to the door. "Sapphire, take care of our guest."

"Please, honey! Call me Saph!" Saph said but still smiled.

"Humph." Cyrus walked outside of the room and pressed some buttons on his watch. A holographic display showed up above it. It showed a picture of a shady figure. He then pressed another button and disappeared.

Cyrus appeared in a wasted city of ruins and he looked up to the sky where he saw a big sign that looked like an astronaut painted on the sky.

"So, the battle has already begun?"

He started to walk towards somewhere, his destination was unknown even to him.

"Hah, you think He'd be alive if he was in this room! I'd have killed him when he stepped through the door. I want to find him. And that is why I captured you. You seem to know him well so tell me what you know. And if you dont the little girl over there gets killed." Derven threatened as he pointed to Judai, who now had a man next to her with a kniife at her throat. "So, tell me about him."

 

Kris

Kris sighed as Cyrus told him to duel The new kid. To think i'm his superior aswell as the founder of this. Still, I said it was his choice. He thought. He yawned and activated his dueldisk. "Now ryozei, I'm sure you've heard of my main deck but I'm using my second one so you dont get hurt all right?" Kris exclaimed as he put his deck in his dueldisk. He drew five cards. "You go first."

 

Kris: 4000, 5 cards in hand.

"I draw!" Izumi declared.

"I set a face-down monster and two face-down cards, then I end my turn!"

 

"My turn, and I Summon Archfiend Soldier in Attack Mode."

A large, demonic-looking warrior appeared on Soldier #1's field.

"I end."

 

"My turn! Draw!" Damian declared.

"I Summon Koa'ki Meiru Urnight in Attack Mode!"

A centauroid creature appeared on Damian's side of the field. (2000 ATK)

"And now I activate his effect, allowing me to reveal Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru in my hand to Special Summon Koa'ki Meiru Powerhand from my Deck!"

Urnight whinnied, and his Koa'ki Meiru mark glowed, causing a card flew out of Damian's Deck, which sprouted into a robot with multiple drills that made up his body. (2100 ATK)

"I end my turn by revealing Automatic Laser for Powerhand and Crusader for Urnight."

 

"I draw, and I Normal Summon Pandemonium Watchbear in Defense Mode."

A large, red-furred bear appeared, and plopped down on Soldier #2's field. (1800 DEF)

"I end my turn."

 

"I draw!" Ryu shouted.

"I Normal Summon Genex Undine in Attack Mode!"

A feminine blue robot appeared on Ryu's field. (1200 ATK)

"Thanks to her, I can send another copy of Genex Undine to my Graveyard to add Genex Controller to my hand!"

Undine placed her hands together, and they glowed as Ryu drew a card.

"Now, I play Double Summon, allowing me to play Genex Controller!"

A strange, game controller-looking robot appeared. (1100 ATK)

"Now I Tune my Controller with my Undine!"

Genex Controller turned into 3 rings while Undine entered them, becoming 3 stars, which caused a beam of light to burst out of the formation.

"Synchro Summon! Hydro Genex!"

An enhanced version of Undine, now with armor, a cape, a staff, and an improved figure, floated out of the beam and landed in one of Ryu's card slots.

"I end my turn by setting a face-down!"

"And like I'd fall for that. I'm not an idiot you know. I'm like I think my brother is. Intelligent and cocky. Now say it out loud. These guards are drones so you can speak as loud as you want. If you want me to plug your little friends ears I will." Derven suggested. He smirked as the supposedly great VX cowered before him. I think I may have just found a weakness.

((And this is Xandra, not VX. She temporarily took over to appeal to Kris' good nature, but since this isn't him, Vicky's gonna take over again.))

 

Xandra's eyes suddenly shifted to bluish-purple with black sclera as her hair started to turn black and lengthen.

Her clothing melted into blackness and attached to her very long hair, which caused purple circuitry to appear.

After a few moments, Xandra had completed her transformation back into VX.

At which point, Clare and Raki burst into the room, slicing at Derven's henchmen.

VX freed herself by impaling her captors with two of her hair-tentacles, and did the same for Judai.

Now defenseless, and disarmed once VX ensnared him in her hair-tentacles, Derven was supposedly defeated.

"Now, it's my turn to interrogate you. Where's Kris?"

[Magnet Soldier]

"Hah, very good. I was wondering when you'd do that. One more question though. What would you do if this was a holograaaaaaaaa...graaa...graa...gram." And the image oh Derven vanished, revealing a strange black box underneath with a note attached to it saying:

Dear VX, I told you I am a lot like Kris. If it wouldn't work on him it wont work on me. Oh and how I knew that would happen was eazy. Time travel is the best thing ever. Yours sincerly, Derven. And next to the name derven was a smiley face with a toungue sticking out of the mouth.

VX turned to walk out of the door.

"Is everything alright?" Clare asked.

"Just peachy."

"You sure?"

"Yeah. Just-"

VX saw the massive amount of henchmen waiting outside of the room, and smiled.

"Raki, you have the boombox?"

"Yes, ma'am!"

"Play Number 42."

As "I Feel Fantastic" by Jonathan Coulton began playing, VX's hair-tentacles started a deadly dance of blood and death.

Derven laughed as he looked through the door to the reality where everything is now taking place and saw the look on VX's face. "Cant believe she really fell for that. Peachy my A***. Look at her. She's frustrated." Derven laughed again. He closed the door quietly so noone in the room he was looking at heard and watched as it vanished into ((Yes, you guessed it)) Oblivion. He laughed again and walked off, still smirking.

[Ace Daimon]

After VX slaughtered every single henchman in the entire base, found the exit, then double-checked by setting the base to self-destruct, she managed to get out with Judai, Clare and Raki.

"Now what do we do?" Clare asked.

VX mounted her Duel Runner, and hauled the unconscious Judai onto it, while VX's two Duel Monster Spirits held on to the sides.

"We go find Kris."

Derven

"SHE PRESSED SELF-DESTRUCT! THAT STUPID B***H! THAT WAS MY ONLY ONE IN THIS REALITY!" Derven shouted, even though noone could hear. "Oh for f**k's sake, how am I going to afford that. I dont want to be noticed now do I." He said to himself after calming down. "Why on earth(all of them) did I install a self destruct button? Jeez I am thick. Thick, thick, thick." He hit himself on the head. "I'd better find something else to do. Need to take my mind of this."

Sapphire looked as Kris made ready to duel.

Stop being so negative towards new people, Trishula! I'm sure this guy isn't a loser.

Kris

Kris yawned. "Since you wont start I will." Kris ended up saying. "Bare in mind two things you lot." He looked at the other Oblivion members. "This is my weak deck and I am obviously gonna beat him. Look at how good a fight he puts up. That is how you rate him." He turned back to Ryozei. "Now let's duel. I'll draw and summon Kuriboh in attack mode. Then I'll activate the effect of Cyber kuriboh in my hand in order to special summon it. I'll play a card face down and end my turn." He watched as the two Kuribohs appeared on his field, one normal one with cybernetic parts. Then the face downs appeared. He waited for Ryozei's reaction.

"Ok, My go!" Ryozei Drawed his Cards and looked, he had got a good starting Hand. He then selected a Card from his hand and sloted it into his Monster card zone of his duel disk, A Battered Obelisk blue duel disk.

 

"I Summon Mystic Tomato and Set two cards, And thats It..." He told, seting the other cards before ending.

OOC: Sorry, you hadn't posted for a while.

 

IC: Kris sighed. "I think you've underestimated me slightly." He said, sounding pretty shocked at such a basic move. "But if thats how you're gonna play then you might not have what it takes." He sighed again and picked a card from his deck. "I shall activate a spell card called cyber enhancement. This allows me to ditch my Kuriboh in order to summon a mechanical one. Cyber kuriboh....Knight." Kuriboh disappeared, to be replaced by a metallic kuriboh with a sword in hand. "Then I can special summpon my Cyber kuriboh king using It's own effect. Now attack my King." A giant Kuriboh similar to the knight appeared with a sword and shield. It slashed the Tomato in half. Ryozei's life points went down to 2600. "Now you summon a monster and My turn is over." Kris sighed.

"Good...Just what i wanted..." Ryozei Smirked, Even Knowing his life points were Nealy Halved. He pulled out his Deck and Selected his Card, Looking at Kris to likey intimidate him. He Sloted his Deck back execpt for the card; The Deck slot shuffled itself.

 

"I Special Summon....Yubel!" Ryozei sloted the Yubel card into the Monster Slot; Which then a Demonic Figure appeared and Spredded out it wings. Afterwhich he Drawed his Card For his turn.

 

"I Activate my Trap; Generation Shift!" A Trap appeared from the floor, and Soon Yubel was Destroyed.

 

"With that Im alloud to add another Yubel to my hand, And which my Yubel which was destroyed im aloud to Special its Second form!" Soon, The Ground rumbled as a Bright light covered his side of the Monster zone; Soon dissapating to Reveal a two-Headed Monster of a dragon!

 

"With that, I End my turn." Ryozei clicks his Fingers and so Yubel - Terror Incarnate fires a Blast at Kris' Monsters; Due to its Effect.

"And that's the thing. I dont like weak monsters 'cos they usually have good effects so I activate a trap called eatgaboon. Now none of my cards are destroyed and your terror incarnate is gone instead. And I activate a card that allows me to negate it's effect. I activate my other trap, Cyber judgement. This negate's the effect of any card when it is sent to the graveyard. So my turn now and you dont have any monsters to defend you. I draw and activate a card called Cyber kuriboh storm. You now have no cards on the field and I have none in my hand. All that's left is for my King to attack and defeat you. Good combo though." And the Cyber kuriboh king brought his sword down on Ryozei, changing his life points to zero. "Good duel, your in." Kris said, walking over and offering his hand.

"Gah!" Ryozei Hit by the Slash of the blade, Knocking him down onto the cold floor. After the Duel field faded, he got back up to Hear Kris' Comment and his Hand.

 

"Same for You, Kris" he commented, Accepting the Handshake.

 

But Then, That Feeling again Surged though his Body. And yet again the same Vision, The White Cloked man which appeared before and after his Transformation. This time it was Painful, he Felt his Heart skip a beat and Felt weak.

 

"Find My Sword....Find my Infinity Sword...Find Itsuki!" He Shouted into his Mind, Turning around to see the Metal Yiliaster Plate covering his Left eye, the other a Evil looking gleeming blue. Afterwoods Ryozei started to fade out, Coplasing painfuly onto the floor.

[Aesirson]

"Ryozei!" Sapphire screamed as the boy fell to the floor. She didn't like things like this. "We should get him to the first aid immediately!"

Sapphire turned to Kris as they watched Ryuzei on the bed where they had placed him.

"So... Do you think he's ready to join the Oblivion?"

Trishula! You must remember that Kris is a skilled duelist too, and those Cyber Kuriboh cards seemed strong in my eyes.

No, but I would fancy some of those contact lences...

[Magnet Soldier]

"He's good." Kris said, not even turning to look at Saphire. "But this deck is a strong one. Many would disagree. If I hadn't looked through it with my own eyes I would have said that too, Kuriboh based cards all sound weak. Anyway, he didn't have much of a chance but this shouldn't happen. The Virus is completely harmless now and the duel shouldn't have took that much out of him, it was five turns long. I honestly dont know." He turned to the door but stopped on the way out. "Tell Cyrus that I'm off out. He's in charge as usual." And the door closed quietly on the way out. When he got outside the building he nodded to some guards and walked to the nearest McDonalds. When he couldn't see the guards anymore heslipped down an alley and pulled on a cloak. He activated his duel disk. He passed an alley but stopped a few yards in front and walked back to it. "This place brings back memorys." A slight rip in the air could be seen. He walked up to it and placed his finger on it. It slid open. He walked through and arrived on a pavement. "This must be that void those damn scientists are allways on about."

[Ace Daimon]

VX finally found where Kris was dueling.

"Kris! Over here!"

She pulled over, left the Triple Helix idle, and ran up to Kris, giving him a tight hug.

"I missed you SO much!" VX cried in a strangely affectionate and jolly tone.

Judai walked up and explained.

"We found this portal while driving along, and entered it. When we emerged, we found a road that lead here. Now, who are you, and why is VX-sempai hugging you?"

[Magnet Soldier]

Kris was shocked when Vx just ran up and hugged him. "Xandra, you're kind of squishing me a bit." He coughed as he looked down slightly at VX/Xandra. As she let go he turned to Judai. "I am Kristan Clement, A 'friend' of Xandra here. And I missed you too Xandra, you just dont have to run up and crush me." He sighed and inhaled. "And I also need to know one thing. Well kind of two. Who are you and why are you following Xandra?"

VX suddenly became serious.

"That's Judai. She's an alternate reality, fairy-tale princess version of Jaden Yuki. And I have come back to help you, on the orders of the Continuum Conservation Collective, or C3. Now, did you get a new haircut in the 3 months that I've been gone?"

 

((They don't realize how long it's been since they last saw Kris.))
